Delicious Food: Savour a hearty grilled chicken meal with your choice of 3 salads. Activities: Paddle-boards: Explore the crystal-clear waters with our complimentary paddle-boards. Snorkelling: Dive into vibrant marine life with our provided snorkelling gear. Floating Devices: Drift, relax, and soak up the sun with our floating noodles, or stretch out on our spacious floating mat—perfect for lounging on the water and enjoying the warm Caribbean sea. Floating Bar: Enjoy drinks on the water with our floating bar, adding an extra touch of fun to your day. Itinerary: Set sail along the Dutch side of Sint Maarten, passing picturesque coastlines. First stop: Little Bay – a tranquil beach, ideal for snorkelling and relaxing in the calm waters. One of the highlights of this adventure is cruising past the world-famous Maho Beach, one of Sint Maarten’s top attractions. As we slow down near the shoreline, you’ll have the perfect opportunity to snap incredible photos of planes flying low overhead as they approach Princess Juliana International Airport. This thrilling experience offers a unique perspective of the island’s iconic aviation spectacle, all from the comfort of our vessel. Second stop: Mullet Bay Beach – a serene and scenic spot perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or paddle-boarding. This all-inclusive 6-7 hour tour is perfect for those seeking a blend of relaxation, adventure, and social fun. Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests, and we appreciate your understanding of the following reservation and cancellation terms: Booking Fees: All reservations are subject to a 5% booking and credit card processing fee. This fee will be added during the checkout process. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Receive a 100% refund of your deposit. Cancellations made 10–29 days before departure: Receive a 50% refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 10 days of departure: Deposits are non-refundable; however you may reschedule your booking for a future date. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation start time will be charged the full price of the booking. Company-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that Pura Vida SXM Tours must cancel a booking due to technical issues, weather conditions, or cruise ships failing to arrive at port on time, guests will receive: A full refund if the booking was paid in full. A refund of the deposit if only a reservation deposit was made. Liability & Acknowledgment of Risk Guests must sign the Pura Vida SXM Liability Waiver before departure. Pura Vida SXM is not responsible for any injuries, lost items, or accidents during the tour. Guests choosing to swim to shore during beach stops must return to the boat on time; the boat will not wait, and guests assume full responsibility if they miss departure. The captain may adjust the itinerary based on weather or sea conditions to ensure safety. Safety & Conduct All guests must follow the crew’s instructions at all times. Pura Vida SXM reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk. Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be used when instructed. Alcohol & Food Policy The tour includes an open bar; guests must drink responsibly. Alcohol consumption is at your own risk, and Pura Vida SXM is not liable for injuries or incidents related to alcohol consumption. Guests with food allergies must inform the crew at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible.
