We typically depart from Simpson Bay Bridge Dock or Bobby’s Marina (Philipsburg), depending on your tour/charter. Your confirmation email includes the exact pickup point with a map pin. You can also find both locations on our Contact page map, which shows the exact dock pins and quick directions. (We depart from one location per trip—no intermediate pickups.)

5. What is included in my tour or private charter?

6. Can I customize my private charter?

Yes! We offer customizable itineraries for private charters. You can also upgrade the food and drink menu, add balloons, decorations, or include special items such as cakes, flowers, or chocolates for celebrations.

7. Can I book a charter for a special event?

Absolutely! We cater to a variety of special occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor/bachelorette parties, engagement proposals, corporate events, and more. We also offer photo and video services to capture your unforgettable moments.

If you have a unique celebration in mind, let us know—we’d love to help make it special!

8. What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure (St. Maarten local time). Inside 24 hours, bookings are non-refundable, and late arrivals/no-shows aren’t eligible. If the captain cancels for weather/safety or we have a mechanical/operational issue, you’ll get a free reschedule or full refund to your original payment method. Shared tours: if minimum numbers aren’t met, we’ll reschedule or refund. Private charters: late starts may reduce time on the water; extensions billed hourly when available.

9. Is there a minimum number of people required for a charter or tour?

Private charters: No minimum headcount—you can sail with any size group up to 17 guests. The charter rate covers up to 8 guests; additional guests are priced per person.
Shared tours: Yes. We need a minimum of 8 guests to operate. If a tour doesn’t reach the minimum, we’ll offer a free reschedule or full refund.

10. Is there an age limit for tours?

All ages are welcome! Children under 4 years old sail free. Children must be supervised at all times.

11. What should I bring on the tour?

    •    Sunscreen (reef-safe)

    •    Sunglasses and a hat

    •    Swimsuit and towel

    •    A camera or phone for photos

    •    Cash for tips or additional services

12. What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please inform us of any allergies at least 48 hours before your trip, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Allergens may be present on the boat, so we encourage guests with severe allergies to bring any necessary medications.

13. Is alcohol included? Can I bring my own drinks?

All tours include an open bar with a selection of cocktails, beer, and rum punch. If you wish to bring your own special beverages, please let us know in advance.

14. Is there a photographer or videographer available for events?

Yes! We can arrange for a photographer or videographer to capture your special moments, such as proposals or birthday celebrations. Contact us for details.

15. Can the itinerary change due to weather or sea conditions?

Yes, for safety and the best possible experience, the captain may adjust the itinerary on the day of the trip based on ocean swells, wind conditions, or sudden weather changes. While the number of scheduled stops will remain the same, the exact beach destinations may be adjusted to ensure smooth sailing and optimal conditions. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding.

16. What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our priority. In case of severe weather, we may reschedule your tour or offer a full refund if the trip is canceled.

17. Is gratuity included in the price?

Gratuity is not included but always appreciated! A 15-20% tip is standard for excellent service.
